Our Appliance Diagnostics service provides a basic functional check of the home’s permanently installed kitchen appliances. This inspection helps assess whether the appliances are operational and free from visible safety concerns or obvious defects at the time of inspection.

What’s Included:
We visually inspect and test the following built-in or permanently installed appliances (if present and accessible):

• Oven / Range

• Built-in Microwave

• Dishwasher

• Garbage Disposal

• Refrigerator

• Exhaust Vent / Hood

• Washer & Dryer (if included in the sale)

Inspection Focus:

• Verifying that appliances power on and operate through basic functions

• Checking for visible signs of damage, wear, leaks, or improper installation

• Observing unusual noise, vibration, or heat

• Confirming that controls and doors respond appropriately

• Noting any safety hazards or clear malfunctions

What’s Not Included:
This service does not involve disassembly, technical diagnostics, or internal component testing. We do not determine remaining lifespan, efficiency, or manufacturer recalls.

Delivery:
